Battlefield squad members needed.?

My friend and I are tired of playing with randoms that don't talk and don't use teamwork. We are looking to create a squad in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and the upcoming, highly anticipated Battlefield 3. My most-used kit is the Engineer, and my friend enjoys Recon. Therefore, an Assault and Medic would be preferable to another of the two we already have. You don't need to be great at the game, we only require your ability to work as a team and support your squad mates (headset recommended) .
