Big baby sleep n plays?

My baby is huge. He just turned 4 months and has outgrown many 9 month sleep n plays and now needs 12 months, but most 12 month sizes anticipate the baby will be more mobile so they often have rubber on the feet or the pj's in that size are 2 pieces. Does anyone know of a brand that makes *comfortable* 12 month sleep n plays for infants? I know Carter's makes some but I hate the elastic at the ankle and the rubber on the bottom of the feet.
