Where can i buy fabric offcuts in bulk in sydney?

hi i hope someone can help me, i want to buy offcut material so i can make jumpers and blankets ect for my dog. she is 9mths old (very spoilt) and she doesn't like the cold. i have bought her jumpers but i have a lot of time on my hands and i thought i would put my sewing skills to use. thank you to anyone that can help.
