What is the best skill for money making on runescape?

i want a skill to make my first millions for gear then i will do combat and slayer it should be relatively easy since im not really into skilling but i would like something i can always fall back on to make money i DON'T want a 99 i may do later but i just want to level it to the point i can make good money i was thinking fishing or something but im not sure
