Can this kitten be saved!?

I moved into a new place about 3 weeks ago and there was a mama cat and 3 kittens under the deck that were pretty much left to fend for themselves. Within the past week the mom and two of the kittens have just up an disappeared (I think the neighbor got ahold of them) anyway, one of the cats has been walking around looking completely lost and I noticed her eyes are almost glued shut. She was so malnurished my 7 yr old son was able to catch her, i brought her inside, fed her, gave her some water and took a hot wash cloth to her goopy eyes. She has her eyes open now and i clean them about 4 or 5 times a day but they look horrible. I have no money to take her to the vet seeing as I wasnt anticipating a new kitten to care for, but shes beautiful and I want to save her. Are there any home remedies that can help clear up her eyes? Or a vaccine i can buy at a pet shop?? Any advice is helpful.
